A TEAM of strongmen are set to push themselves to the limit for charity by lifting the equivalent weight of a famous Grimsby fishing trawler.

ON a bright, sunny Wednesday afternoon in July, 1904, a crowd gathered at Carmarthen's new cycle track in the town park.
